Nationwide Service Support Web Portal - A major business objective was national expansion in support of a major home retailer. I was solely responsible for developing a web portal that would allow subcontractors from 15 states access to select backend data and upload their call summaries, so they were linked to the tasks assigned to them.

Informational Dashboards - These Intranet based web portals allow staff insight into Microsoft Dynamics GP Data and Microsoft CRM data in ways that give them visibility into the data without having to purchase Microsoft GP licenses.

Automating Routine tasks - Converting/Updating VB applications to C# applications, utilizing common application template. Improved UI and functionality for increased staff productivity.

Reporting and special projects support - Supporting business pursuits by supplying historical data for new projects, querying backend Data stores from MS Dynamics GP and CRM to provide insight into the data using Power BI.

Standard Setting/Item Review Conference - Project Leader / Architect - Improved process of data collection to eliminate errors and reduce setup time, revised testing - reduced manual effort and provided greater coverage, enhanced day of conference support and freed personnel for other tasks. The improved performance of the system allowed for the largest standard setting event in the history of the company 53 fields, 5700 forms, 213 reports all in 8 days.

Payroll System - Senior Analyst/Support - Converted VB applications to C# applications, utilizing common application template. Improved UI and functionality

Office Support - Designer / Implementer - An Internal Application Framework for consolidating and standardizing access to various backend databases with improved security, single point of authentication and central security administration, and reporting options. Designed to give the feel of an internal Application Store.

Enterprise Application framework services

Special Projects, assigned to projects with broad technology knowledge and expertise requirements: Java, UML, UDB, Stored procedures, SQL, VB, VBScripting, JavaScripting, XML/XSL, CSS, Active Directory and ASP Pages.

Enterprise Java Charting software selection, Project Leader – Created Project Scope documents, met with Enterprise Architects, and secured funding. Led Project team meetings, and surveyed clients for requirements.

Security Data Warehouse re-design, Project Leader – Created design documents to migrate home-grown MS Access database to an enterprise level data warehouse.

Security Audit and Review, Application Developer – Wrote: Specifications, testing documents, and the application to simplify the Active Directory changes. Visual Basic application delivered on time, on budget, exceeded client expectations.

Career Agency System strategic upgrade to Trilogy, Java Developer – Assigned Web

Reporting task on an already behind project. Worked closely with client community to repair some damaged relationships due to delivery date slippage. Delivered the Reports on the newly negotiated dates, within budget. (Bonus awarded in 2003 for Web Reporting results)
